Delayed Shipping - tree hasnt reached and no one picks the phone!

I ordered this tree on 17th December promised to ship the same day and not shipped till 22nd December. Called several times leaving out the first time, spoke to the lady who said the tree will reach me on 23rd December for sure. Fast forward to now which is 24th December shipping showing as 26th December one day after Christmas what I am going to do with a tree that will come one day after Christmas? Also after that first time no one picks the phone.

Cant review the product since it hasnt arrived. Huge disappointment!
