No, none of the balloons are sent inflated to the customers. The product pictures that you see on Thememyparty.in website is to only give you an impression about the look of the Balloon whether Latex or Foil. They are all sent deflated and have to be filled up with Helium Gas or normal air pressure as per your requirement.
