I order a pink no 9 balloon for my daughter's bday . As per the image it was pastel pink and that's what I thought I was ordering . After waiting for more than a week I recieved it and it's the cheapest hot pi k foil balloon I have seen in my life and when I msgd the cust care and the man had the audacity to tell me it doesnt mention pastel pink . Someone please tell the retard that the image that they have put on the website shows that . Otherwise who will order a cheap pink balloon and pay 180 including the shipping . Anyways when I wanted to return it I was told I will have to pay for shipping which I was fine with . Guess what they said they will deduct rs 138 and told me to check the terms of purchase . Anyone reading the reviews should by now know they are the most lame sellers selling cheap quality products with zero customer satisfaction .
Only thing which I found could be improved is backdrop had so many folds which was clearly visible. If there's any way to avoid the folds it would be great. Balloons were awesome. With the tape it was very easy to create the arch.
Quality of the flex was good, folds was our concern, but was manageable..was delivered very neatly ..
