Ordered this tree. Up until payment process everything went well and order was placed. The tracking ID was not showing data for next three days. After several attempts of contacting them got an update that the package is reechoing the next day. The package arrived only to find that the tree isn't fixing together. The central rod are all same size and the tree is 5ft only when you stack the sections up. Been trying to reach back via call and WhatsApp multiple times. I got only one response to end video of opening the box. I sent it and since then no response at all. Not recommending this store for anything. It's been 11 days and they have 15 days return window and they are purposefully delaying it.
Pl refund the money as you not delivered the item booked
The vendor has not honoured the commitment and the product is not delivered to me. Don't know the fate of the product and the money paid in advance.
It says 6ft but the tree is much smaller than that. The quality is not that good either but I guess it’s ok for the price.
