Shipping Policy -
- For customized orders, we strive to ensure delivery within 3-5 days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) from the time we confirm the design with you. We kindly request you to consider this timeframe when placing your order.
- For normal orders, our goal is to deliver within a prompt 2-3 working days.
- We work hard to ship normal orders within 1 working day; however, personalized orders may require up to 1-2 days for dispatch.
- We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1099/-.
- We are committed to your satisfaction, and while we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please understand that we are not responsible for any delays caused by our delivery partners

Return Policy -
- Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of the order. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Some items are exempted from being returned such as personalized orders placed will not be eligible for return.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send your purchase back to the ThemeMyParty address only.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned after 15 days of placed order.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, then your refund, after deducting the delivery charges for both sides will be processed, and a credit will automatically be reflected back in the original method of payment or through cheque/NEFT/IMPS within 10-15 days of approval of your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to 526 GX, Satguru Nagar, Brs Nagar Extension, Ludhiana
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
