I had written mail and ping you on what's up also for return. No one is responding me for that. In ur policy you had clearly mention that we can return the item if we don't like it. It's 2 days I'm asking for return no one is responding can u initiate return process ASAP.
There banner is very bad... Cutouts are very small. Over all it is very bad too purchase decoration it is waste of money. For 800 it is very expensive if we go to studio nd take out print out it will take only 300 rs. I'm trying too return the product. Written a mail nd done what's up also but there is no response from there side.
I received only one tape instead of 2 .. i tried to contact them but no one replied to my messages
